A tour around Italy’s most famous food regions: Emilia Romagna and Tuscany. We will stay in Tosco Romagnolo Hotel in Bagno di Romagna, a characteristic town founded by the Romans. Accommodation in suite and gourmet meals prepared by the Michelin Chef * Paolo Teverini. This is also the homeland of Formaggio di Fossa cheese, which literally means “cheese of the pit”, is derived from the process of ripening the cheese in special underground pits. We will visit one of the most famous factory and we will taste this amazing cheese. We will also visit the wonderful vinery Poderi Nespoli with its typical wines of Romagna and a honey and primitive chocolate factory.
We’ll discover the castle of Cusercoli and the beautiful Sarsina founded by Romans with its ancient buildings, urns, pillars, bronze objects etc. In Tuscany we will visit the famous towns of Anghiari and San Sepolcro where Piero della Francesca was born.

Arrive in Bologna airport and a private transfer will take us to Cantina Nespoli where we will visit the vineyards, the cellars and we’ll have a light lunch. We will continue with a short transfer to the Castle of Cusercoli and we will visit the small old village of Cusercoli and the castle. From centuries the castle dominated the valley from its rocky peak closing of the road to Tuscany. Transfer to Bagno di Romagna and relax in Thermal pool. Special dinner prepared by Michelin Chef Paolo Teverini with dif- feret wine for each course. Overnight in Tosco Romagnolo Hotel.

Our tour from today will start with the old town of Sarsina with its mighty church, old buildings and the archaeological museum. Transfer to “Fossa Pellegrini” where we will visit the best factory of Formaggio di Fossa Cheese and we’ll have a light lunch. Return to the hotel for an interesting cooking class with Michelin Chef Paolo Teverini. In the after- noon visit to factory of honey and chocolate. Relax evening in the thermal pool. Special dinner preparedby Michelin Chef Paolo Teverini with differet wine for each course. Overnight in Tosco Romagnolo Hotel.

Today we will stay in Tuscany and visit the medieval centre of San Sepolcro the birthplace one the most important painters of Renaissance Piero della Francesca. We will visit the Museo Civico there are important works of this famous artist.
This town was founded by 2 pilgrims who brought a stone from the Holy Church of Sepulchre, with them from the Holly Land. We will continue to the visit of Anghiari famous for the Battle of Anghiari between Florence and Milan in 1440. This battle inspired a fresco in the Palazzo Vecchio by Leonardo da Vinci. Transfer to Oil Olive Factory “Il Faggeto” with light lunch. Return to the hotel, relaxing evening in the thermal pool.
Special dinner prepared by Michelin Chef Paolo Teverini with differnet wine for each course. Overnight in Tosco Romagnolo Hotel.

Transfer to Bologna airport.
